Local Pick Up


We are so excited to announce we now offer local pick up to our local gals! To choose local pick up, simply select the “local pick up” option at check out under shipping. Make sure you know where our warehouse is located before you select that option! Once you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation like normal. This is not your ticket to pick up your order! You must wait until you receive a “your order is ready for pick up” email. Once you receive that email, you may head on down to our warehouse during local pick up hours to grab your order! Please see our local pick up days/hours below. If you can not pick your order up during the allotted time slots, please choose our standard shipping instead. We ship super quick ;)

If you decide you would rather have your item shipped, please email us at hello@hillandhazel to let us know. We will gladly ship it to you! We will just charge you the $5.95 for shipping. If you do not come to get your items, your order cannot be cancelled. It will be treated as a return! 

 

Local Returns

We are so excited to announce we now offer local returns! If you are local and wanting to return an item, you may follow the steps below.

  1. Pack up your items for return AND the packing slip included in your order in the polymailer it came in (or a bag or any other mailer you might have).
  2. Drop off your return in our “return” bin we will have set out next to the local pick up rack.
  3. PLEASE only drop off your returns during our local pick up time frame. See below.

Thursdays 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Saturdays 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

*If you try to drop off your return during any other time, it will not be accepted. 

4.  Your return will be processed with 2-3 business days and your store credit will be sent to you via email
